Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misplaced and/or deleted orders and/or requests. Items and prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item or prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated item or prize should become unavailable for any reason. Item and prize recipients are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with item/prize receipt and/or use. Any points remaining in a participant’s account at the end of the Redemption Phase will be forfeited without compensation. The points have no cash value and are only redeemable for prizes associated with the Contest. In the event that a participant is disqualified for any reason, his/her points and his/her prize will be forfeited.
9. Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designees to use the winner’s name, address, photograph, testimonial or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, to the winner to the extent permitted by law.

The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
